6.1 White-Label Trading Platform Partner
Primexa does not itself execute foreign exchange trades or hold client funds directly. When you register through our Site or are referred by us, you will be directed to an authorised third-party platform (our white-label partner) through which trades are executed and accounts are held. In connection with that referral, we will transfer your personal data — including identity, contact, and financial data — to that partner so they can:
• Complete onboarding and account opening
• Conduct their own KYC and AML checks
• Operate your trading account and execute transactions on your behalf
That third-party partner acts as a separate data controller in respect of your data once transferred. You should review their own privacy policy, which will be provided to you at the point of registration, to understand how they handle your information.
6.2 Other Third Parties
We may also share your data with:
• Regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies, where we are legally required to do so (e.g. HMRC, the National Crime Agency, or the FCA)
• Professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under duties of confidentiality
• IT service providers and cloud hosting companies who process data on our behalf as data processors
• Analytics providers who help us understand how the Site is used (see Section 9)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.International Data Transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom — including to our white-label platform partner or service providers located abroad — we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR. These may include:
• Transfers to countries that the UK has deemed to provide adequate protection
• Use of the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent binding contractual clauses approved by the ICO
You may request information about the specific safeguards in place for international transfers by contacting us at privacy@primexapay.com.How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. In particular:
